Fernhill win second in a row, Balgownie Crowing

We are still awaiting the results of the top two teams - Old Boys met Uni and the Makos faced City in the Shellharbour derby - but the other two scorelines made for interesting reading.
Balgownie Crows, edged 1-0 by the Maroons two weeks ago, hammered Russell Vale 5-1. Fernhill, fresh from a 2-0 win over the Whites strung together a second win in a row with a 4-0 victory over Figtree. As Fernhill won just one match last season and none the year before that's some winning streak and perhaps proof that they've added some strong players this season.
The competition remains very tight and I'll update when we see the remaining results.
