Deano has succumbed to long term injuries and decided to step down from the Maroons for the coming season. Depending on the way the vote falls, Dean has indicated he might be in a position to jhelp the club in terms of game day management of subs etc.
Dean never really recovered from getting smashed in the back during a game against Balgownie two seasons ago and has required medical attention often since.
He also served the club as a delegate to the IAFA, attending all their meetings to fulfill our requirements...
Which means - we are now looking for a new IAFA delegate. I would happily take two who can share the load. Meetings generally last an hour and are on Tuesdays or Wednesday nights once a month only. Your commitment is to keep track of what happens and report back to me with it the next day. The downside is you miss some trainings. The upside is that the delegate(s) is not required to do any other duty such as line running during the season. First meeting is on next Tuesday, Feb 1 so please let me know via email asap if you can take over this role.

In relation to the Asian cup final at 2.00am on Sunday morning inquiries have been made with the Scarborough Wombarra Bowling Club as to whether they will open to show the match. However they need an indication of how many people will be available to attend, could you please indicate whether or not you are interested in attending the Bowling Club and advise me at the latest by 5pm today.
