Social Calendar 2009

The start of the season is fast approaching and The Committee has already been burning the midnight oil......well 5 minutes on Tony's balcony, to discuss fund raising social events for the season. We need to pay for the lights we use during training and raise funds for the club. The following events will take place during the season, with dates to follow very shortly.

1. Sunday Bowling Comp - this will probably take place during April and will include the League team who will share the cost of the lighting, individual bowling teams will be charged a small fee to participate with competitively priced BBQ to help keep the engines stoked. This is a family event, wife's & kids more than welcome.......ladies should be encouraged to form their own teams or even mixed teams.
2. Trivia Night - this will take place probably round 9 (late May or early June) and will be held at the bowling club, further details to follow.
3. End of Season Awards Night - further details will follow as the season progresses, lets see if we can improve on last seasons fantastic event.

The Committee will supply beer for purchase (all proceeds going to the club) after all the home games and for the away games we want all players to attend the bowlo for beer & banter!

The World Cup qualifiers will be screened at the bowlo.
