I hope everyone came through the opening weekend unscathed and made the most of the warm day to soak their tired muscles in the cool ocean yesterday. Thankyou to everyone for chipping in and making it a memorable start for our seniors at Coledale.
This week some of us will be away from Wednesday training on a fact finding mission in Sydney but training will still go ahead - perhaps a 6pm start would allow people to get away and watch the Socceroos game on TV. The Maroons look to have 18 available at the moment so have a think and let me know if you'd like the option of the week off if it stays at 18. Otherwise we will roster off players who have not yet put themselves on the When I'm Away list for at least week. Those who missed game one, whether through injury or stuffing up the time, will also have preference :-)
I'll post other results from the round as they come in and Kev will fashion up a table for later in the week.
Looking forward to this weekend, the Maroons face Uni Gangrenes at 3pm at their third home venue in as many years. This time around they are paired at Corrimal. For the address and map click here.
The Whites travel to Keith Bond Oval at Oak Flats to play a new team this season in Shellharbour City at 3pm. For the address and directions click here.
Thanks to Figree FC for their maps.
